        The mandatary will be responsible for managing resources and to facilitate the implementation of the program in its first phase for the period 2018-2022, wich amount is CHF 980,000.00 (includes funds for project and service costs). It will be strengthened in handling the psychosocial focus and facilitating change processes, through accompaniment by the international expert, with the objective to install specialised knowledge. This responsibility shall be coordinated with the various stakeholders and SDC. Driving the program and facilitation´process will create greater awareness among the population, promoting consensus and partnerships between authorities and the involved stakeholders. The program provides for 3 stages of implementation during the period 2018-2028 (10 years).
